Ms. Schiavone was president of a division of Jostens Inc., which serves both the education and corporate markets. Previously, she served as the managing principal of the New Jersey office for Mercer Consulting, part of Marsh and McLennan, a global financial services and consulting firm. In her role, she supported the Sales Effectiveness Practice and was one of six national business development leaders in the firm.

Prior to Mercer, Ms. Schiavone served in senior business development and marketing positions at Pan American Airlines, Continental Airlines and Ogden Corporation, a diversified services firm.
